Commitment to Fair Practices

Unfortunately, refunds are not available once access to the course content or programme has been granted, as this is considered a delivered service under UK consumer law.
If you have not accessed the content and your request falls within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with UK consumer law. Please contact us to review your request.
In exceptional cases, such as serious illness, we may consider offering partial credit toward future programmes. Requests must be submitted in writing and supported by documentation.
Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you choose not to continue with the programme. This reflects the resources and commitment invested in your participation.
Transfers are not typically permitted, as the programme and resources are tailored specifically for the individual who enrolled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
Missed sessions are non-refundable. However, you can request to reschedule with advance notice, depending on the programme’s rescheduling policy.
